Mobile Diagnostics app that helps assessing the functional condition of a phone.
Cashify Diagnose helps to evaluate the functional condition of a users phone to be sold to the trade-in partner, in exchange for a new phone.
Heres how the process works-
1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the exchange order is placed by the user on the trade-in partners platform.
2. Post installation of the app, the user needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started.
3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code will be generated on the apps last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process.
4. The pickup/delivery executive will scan the Exchange Reference Code from his phone, and mark the transaction as complete.
Note: The App must remain installed in the users phone (and phone settings should not be reset ) till the time exchange order transaction is marked complete by the pickup/delivery executive.
5. User needs to hand-over the old phone after resetting and collect the new phone package from the pickup/delivery executive.
